I. DEFINITIONS
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning:
a) Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
b) Consumer – a natural person performing a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to its business or professional activity.
c) Digital service – a service that allows the Consumer to:
• produce, process, store or access data in digital form;
• share data in digital form;
• interact with digital content.
d) Digital content – data created and delivered in digital form.
e) Order – a completed electronic form submitted by the User to request selected services.
f) User – a natural person with full legal capacity who uses the website tripfli.com.

h) Service Agreement – a contract concluded between the Operator and the User.
i) Services – services provided electronically by the Operator, particularly assistance and advisory services in obtaining travel-related documents.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online service available at https://tripfli.com.
By using the website, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are always available at https://tripfli.com and may be printed or saved.
Access to the service requires internet access and a compatible device. Minimum requirements include a computer or mobile device with browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera), enabled cookies and JavaScript.
Users are responsible for using security measures to protect their data (e.g., antivirus software).
100% uptime of the services is not guaranteed, but we strive for the highest possible availability.
The Operator does not guarantee access from all locations or at all times and is not liable for interruptions due to external factors.
The Operator acts as an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any government authority. Services include assistance in reviewing and submitting travel-related documents.
Fees include professional support, form revision, submission assistance, and in some cases, mandatory governmental charges.
Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
The Operator has the right and authority to conclude and perform this Agreement.
Users may not:
• reproduce or reverse-engineer any part of the service;
• bypass security features;
• interfere with the service;
• use it for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
III. PROCESSING OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of travel-related intermediary services by Tripfli.com (hereinafter referred to as “Tripfli”).
The intermediary services provided by Tripfli include assistance in obtaining travel-related documents, such as visa applications, electronic travel authorizations, and other documentation required for international travel. A detailed list of available services is published on the website: www.tripfli.com.
Tripfli provides the services referred to in § 1.1 throughout the territory of the Republic of Poland and to clients located abroad.
Use of Tripfli’s services requires full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on [insert date] and apply to all services accepted for processing from that date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
Upon the entry into force of these Terms and Conditions, any previous versions of the regulations issued by Tripfli shall become null and void.
The Operator assists in completing and submitting applications for travel-related documents on behalf of Users.
Users complete forms provided on the website. The information is reviewed for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Additional data may be required, which may delay processing.
Once verified, the application is submitted to the relevant authority.
Confirmation of approval is provided after processing, usually within 72 hours of payment.
If processing is not possible, payment is refunded. The Operator may use a temporary email to handle communication during the process.
The final decision on issuance lies with the relevant authority. Users are informed of the result via email.
Documents are issued at least 7 days before the planned trip, unless urgent processing is required.
Users are responsible for checking all information on the delivered documents. Errors must be reported immediately.
The application process should begin at least 7 days before travel.
If the User modifies the application on the official government site after placing an order through tripfli.com, the Operator will not issue a refund.
Rejected applications can be handled by other service providers or submitted directly on government platforms.
The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of submitted data. Mistakes may lead to denied boarding or entry.
Successful document submission does not guarantee entry to the destination country.
The service agreement is concluded in English.
IV. PRICES / PAYMENTS
Prices are shown in USD.
Fees are composed of government charges (if applicable) and a service fee displayed before payment.
Payments are made by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard). Bank transfers may be accepted in special cases.
By clicking “Pay and Submit Application”, the User agrees to purchase the selected services and initiate payment.
Prices may change; advance notice is provided for recurring services.
The User confirms the validity of provided payment information.
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Payment details and methods are displayed before completing the transaction.
Users must follow the instructions of the payment operator.
Invoices and receipts are sent electronically.
By accepting these terms, the User authorizes the Operator to complete and pay for the application on their behalf.
V. SUPPLY OF DIGITAL CONTENT / SERVICE
The service is provided immediately after the agreement is concluded, unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery is considered complete when the User receives access to the content or service.
If delivery is delayed, the User may withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal is also allowed if the Operator clearly states the service will not be delivered or fails to meet an agreed deadline.
The burden of proof of delivery lies with the Operator.
VI. RETURNS POLICY
Consumers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal declaration must be sent to help@tripfli.com within that time.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service was fully performed with the User’s consent.
The right to withdraw from the agreement also applies to entrepreneurs (sole proprietors) who make purchases for purposes related to their business activity but which are not of a professional nature for them (based on the subject of their business listed in CEIDG).
VII. COMPLAINTS
Complaints may be submitted via email to help@tripfli.com.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
The Operator complies with EU consumer law regarding digital services.
EU consumers may use the ODR platform to resolve disputes: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
The complaint procedure also applies to entrepreneurs acting as consumers, as described in section VI.4.
VIII. RESPONSIBILITY
The Operator may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or due to external factors.
The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, third-party actions, or force majeure.
The Operator is not responsible for loss of expected benefits.
The Operator is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the User.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
IX. AVAILABILITY
The Operator guarantees service availability of 90% annually, excluding necessary maintenance and force majeure.
X. PRIVACY
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Adequate technical and organizational security measures are in place.

XI. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
XII. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for delays due to events such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc.
Both parties agree to cooperate in the event of force majeure.
XIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
All rights to the website, content, and branding belong to the Operator.
Users are informed of changes to the Terms via the homepage.
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
This choice of law does not deprive EU consumers of their mandatory rights under local law.
