Your application may be rejected if you upload or take a photo of a digital passport. The photo or scan must be: clear and in focus without glare or reflections

* The passport photo must be in color and not in black and white, and must be clear and clean in good quality. The image must be complete and not cropped. If the face photo or passport photo is not correct, a refund will not be allowed after the form has been sent to the UK ETA System.
